Heimavorn is Securitas' core product offering for families and individuals. We designed and developed a new self-service sales flow that makes it easy for customers to buy services that meet their individual needs.

The landing
The main objective was to create a custom self-service sales platform, to replace a traditional, high-maintenance speak-to-a-salesperson situation.
As an introduction to this new purchase flow, we made a landing page with detailed information about the service and the different subscription tiers available.



The self-service flow
One of the main goals of the project was to reach a more diverse group of potential customers, and to offer services tailored to their particular homes and life situation. In the purchasing flow you can look up your address and your house or apartment, check a few boxes with questions about your home, and based on this data we suggest an appropriate service tier with accurate setup fees.
You can add extra services and tech and access all the necessary information without exiting the flow.
We tried to shorten and simplify the flow to the extent possible and reduce points of friction. Things like scheduling an appointment for setting up your system, and filling out additional information, is placed after you submit your order so that you can choose to finish it right away or leave it until later.
